5:52 - Multi-directional Lunges
11:06 - Pelvis-on-Hip Control (BREAKDOWN)
12:44 - Pelvis-on-Hip Control
17:42 - Bear Position with Arm Lifts (BREAKDOWN)
19:03 - Bear Position with Arm Lifts
20:48 - Bear Position with Trunk Rotation (BREAKDOWN)

With any warm-up sequence, the movements and phrases utilized have to reflect what the performer will be doing. For example:
✓ A warm-up for a piece of choreography that will require repetitive jumping should be designed and implemented differently a warm-up for floorwork choreography.
✓ A warm-up for a breaker/bboy/bgirl is going to look different than that of of contemporary or modern dancer.
