Velvet is a dance documentary based on Alice Grenier, a dancer from Nantes, France. She moved to the United Kingdom and attended the Northern Contemporary Dance School for one year, developing her dance style and healing the wounds of her past. Set against the incredible backdrop of the Yorkshire Dales and Leeds, this film explores the depths of Alice’s mind, body, and soul, as she dances like a needle through the very fabric of passion.
