Through their specialized dance classes and workshops, Dance for PD® welcomes individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers to experience the joys and benefits of physical and creative expression–while addressing symptom-specific concerns related to balance, cognition, motor skills, depression, and physical confidence.

Join us as we delve into the heartwarming stories of those whose lives have been positively transformed by Dance for PD's innovative approach.

Dance for PD® is a program of the Mark Morris Dance Group. Created in 2001, the program offers free dance, music, and movement classes for people with Parkinson’s and their care partners online globally and at nine locations in New York City, provides comprehensive teacher training and certification, media resources, and offers performance activities throughout the year.
